13 inch tires are available and will be for some time to come per the dealer in Arizona. Mike you are correct about them being made in China but if your worried about that you better look at where most of the motors are from. Let’s just not pick out tires. As far as the holes in the roof. If you want to run a FI then figure out how to get it in. Leave the 04 in until 2014 and then look at what we have and go from there. We have to keep the club competitively close on motor. To go to a newer motor at this time would force everyone to change to a FI to be competitive.

All future rules meetings to be held one week after the last race of the season. So there is time for everyone to make changes as needed by whatever the rule changes are.

Hey guys on the engine issue look at sportbike.com and educate yourself on the horsepower ratings and also lets not forget that H.P. is secondary to torque any way. I have it in writing from my tire sponsor Ponderosa tire Pros that street tires in 13 inch will no longer be available did anyone hear if the boys down south found tires??? and by the way the tires we run are Made in CHINA
Let's start by saying not trying to make any waves but I believe the tires is a subject that needs discussion again as we are having trouble procuring 13 inch street tires. And the no hole or scoop in the hood is a rule that needs visiting as the cost for a cut down oil pan and aftermarket air cleaner is around $1500.00 and the safety argument is defunct by looking around and seeing all the other clubs that are running them with no problems from New York to California, and I believe low cost racing is what we are after .

2011 Motor rules to remain in effect through A. 2013 season B. 2014 season Since new motors were just added, it will allow racers to make an investment with the confidence their motors will be competitive for upcoming years and will not have to make yearly changes to keep up with the faster motors

In an effort to keep the playing field level, I propose to add weight to any car that wins 2 races in a row. A minimum weight for said car at the next race will be 1210 lbs. Another win adds another 10 lbs. and so on.

To only use 75% of the races towards the points is extremely detrimental to NADCAR. Only 7 to 8 cars followed the circuit in 2011 & only 2 of them made all the races. There is no incentive to go to all the races if only 75% count. If we don’t get more cars following the circuit then car counts are going to get smaller. & our ability to bargain with promoters will be small. There were only 11 cars at Mohave valley Oct. 1st if we don’t improve on that then it’s not going to be worth towing around the state to race NADCAR . Low car counts mean low payout$$. If we’re going to keep NADCAR going every race must count! If someone spends the money to tow all across the state they deserve every point they get even if its last place points.

The current points system is old; it’s based on a qualifying system. To have that many points awarded in a heat race were your position is determined by the luck of the draw is not a fair system. In a non qualifying system heat races should be used to qualify for the main only. The main is where the points should be. Points should be where the money is $$$! Heat races 1 point every position. B-main 2 points those transferring to main would receive main event points only Main Event 1st 33 pts (28 + 5 pts for win) 2nd 27 pts 3rd 26 pts 4th 25 pts 5th 24 pts 6th 23 pts 7th 22 pts 8th 21 pts 9th 20 pts 10th 19 pts 11th 18 pts 12th 17 pts 13th 16 pts 14th 15 pts 15th 14 pts 16th 13 pts 17th 12 pts 18th 11 pts 19th 10 pts 20th 9 pts 21st 8 pts 22nd 7 pts 23th 6 pts 24th 5 pts Presnal Racing
