NADCAR News - 2008

6-28 - The folks at Thunder Raceway provided NADCAR with another perfect track.  The night started out with the Gerald Hardy, who had been absent from racing for over two years, charging to the lead just ahead of Jimmy Davis to take the JBJ Trucking Trophy Dash win.  The first heat race was won by Pat Henesey who finished just ahead of Randy Anderson and Tim Cotherman, and the second heat was taken by George Cooke ahead of Frank Phillips and Mike Bracy.
George Cooke and Jimmy Davis lead the field to the green, Cooke launched to lead but was then overtaken by NADCAR's rookie sensation Mike Bracy! The hard charging Randy Anderson was coming quick through the field but Mike Bracy held him off in his neon green machine winning be half a car.
